This is softer and prettier in the Highlands style. This opens with aromas of banana chips, dried apricots, cardamom, a hit of toffee, peach cobbler, light earth, leather, baking spice, French Vanilla, and dried stone fruits. The palate opens with flavors of fried plantains, banana foster, cocoa powder, pepper, baking spices soft caramel and a gentle earth note to finish. D&M Staff Tasting Notes March 2026
